I just wanted to share what a positive experience I had as a result of contacting the BBB to learn what commercial janitorial companies would be available for our needs.

My business partner and I own a commercial building in Oakley and one of the units was quite messy and need a fresh look so that we could have it available to lease.

I had several phone chats with Ronnie and we shared emails so that we each understood what was needed.  We then hired his firm to arrange to have some materials removed from the building and hired Ronnie’s team to clean up the interior of the space.

Boy, what a wonderful job they did…the place looks great and Ronnie did exactly what he promised and some.  It was done on time as well.

I highly recommend Ronnie’s company and plan to use his services again.

I work at a company where RP Maintenance does the janitorial and I must say they are exceptional.  No more coffee rings or sticky spills when eating at my desk.  The chairs are dusted and the bathrooms are cleaner then my house 🙂  They came in and cleaned the carpets and all the spots were removed and with 50 people walking around with coffee and food that is a miracle.  Ronnie is the owner and he is always checking in to see if we need any additional services, such as window cleaning, carpets, floors scrubbed and waxed.  It’s one stop shopping with RP Maintenance instead of having so many different vendors doing the work.  The owner does all his own work and doesn’t send “strangers” to do the work.  They are trustworthy and honest, nothing has ever gone missing or touched that shouldn’t be.  Can’t say enough good things about their service.

About a year ago, I got some throw rugs to go on our soon-to-be newly-tiled floors. The tiling ended up taking a lot longer than we thought, and in the meantime I was storing the rugs in our garage. By the time I got the rugs back out, they were thrashed. RP Maintenance came out and made them look like new again, and they dried 30 minutes later. Very pleased!

The best carpet cleaning service!!! I have a full house of cats, dogs, kids n their ever flowing friends in n out through my house.  carpet was looking pretty sorry with huge stains making my floor look like a mosaic of weird spots(ugly).  A husband & wife team did a miracle! My spots are gone!!! My husband could not believe how great our floors looked! Gave me useful solutions to  how to prevent cat marking throughout the house, and where and what to place to preserve carpet’s life and healthier indoor environment.  I’ve found the right carpet cleaning company. I will become a regular client, the best for the $ spent! I am dancing with delight at looking at spot free carpet in my house again!  Thank you!!!!

I thought there was no hope with my old crappy carpets. No one could ever make them look decent until Ronnie came out and proved me wrong! My carpets looked amazing when he was finished.  He was very professional and knowledgeable. The best part was that my carpets were hardly even damp afterwards. In the past, it seemed like my carpets would be soaked for hours after a cleaning. Not this time! If you want great service and an amazing outcome this is your guy!!

I absolutely had the best experience with RPMaintenance, we were doing some major deep cleaning and decided that we should have the carpets done at the same time, with two kids running through and two dogs it was time. They got all the stains out food, drinks, ect. and they have never re appeared.
